SERVICES AND FEATURES
================

We provide an SMTP backend that supports the CiviMail component for CiviCRM. This means that we will handle all of the email transactions that originate from your CiviCRM installation. And we will handle all of the interactions from your constituents such as the bounces, subscribes, un-subscribes, opt-outs, confirms, and replies.

Using the CiviSMTP service alleviates the need and headache of running your own mail server to handle the CiviCRM / CiviMail transactions. All you have to do is configure CiviMail to use CiviSMTP and it just works.

DELIVERABILITY

  • We keep our ip addresses very clean.

  • There are no open relays (we require smtp authorization and an ip address from which mail is sent)

  • We make sure that all headers and mail commands and responses emitted from our servers are RFC compliant

  • The emails that are sent go through a spam scoring algorithm / system that will alert us to potential abuses.

  • Constant monitoring of blacklists so we can take immediate action if there is an errant listing.
